Only runescape admins can do that, unless you're talking about cheating to edit your stats.

Not true, in runescape 1 it might, but in the second you can cheat, i have never even found runescape 2 though :|

Yeah, download a good source and make your own server where you can edit stats and stuff, or join someone else's source... Some of them have a stat edity thingy

there is no possible way to changeyour stats. but I do know a good site with programs you can use to automatically do stuff, but im not posting it for fear of some jagex employee finding it and shutting it down/making counterstuff for it. and I would pm it to you, but how do I not know your jagex? sorry. but for real there is a site. (yes, it has no viruses)
