I have found myself unable to sleep recently. Sometmes I stay rolling around in my bed until 7 AM and then fall asleep and then end up waking up at 2 PM. And with school around the corner, this is not good.
So, um, help?

Before going to bed, go like, 3 hours without any caffeine and candy. Try to go to bed a similar time you did last night. I know you're probably doing these, just have to make sure we're on the same page.

Stay up as late as you can, for as long as you can, then you will be sleepy! Worth a shot.

I have the same problem. To fix it for a couple days, go one night without sleeping at all, and then you will be tired for the next couple of nights. Plus, get more physical activity. And absoultly(sp?) no soda, candy, caffiene, anything stimulating.

Or get sleeping pills. It worked for me when I couldn't sleep till 2 in the morning.

Just sleep as you would for school. In my case it is 10PM until 6AM. Go lay in bed at you first time whether you sleep or not. Wake up and do stuff at your second time whether or not you are tired. Eventually your body will say "If I can't sleep now, I might as well sleep then..."

Drink a glass of milk before you go to bed and also have a bath or watch TV to relax yourself.

Stay cool, if you are too warm it will keep you from getting to sleep.
Open a window in your room and open your door to let the air circulate. Try puting a fan in your room too. If there is too much noise, try earplugs.
