Cheats are something that's not allowed in the game.

When you see people going SUPER Faaaaaaaast at the light of 99999 mph or somuthin like that, that's a cheat

You need to get it through your head that cheating on a multiplayer game is BAD. It makes the game easier for you but oh wait, it RUINS the game for other people. Just play legit or don't play.
