Phillies, I'm right outside the city so I have grown up a Phillies fan, but now I actually follow the team and the players. However the only way they will win is if they get their offense going and work on their defense, I'm ashamed of them losing at home.

I guess the Mets ought to return Johan and K-Rod and Delgado and anyone else who was given a big contract.

The Mets should just like, move to Albany instead of trying to hold out in Manhattan. They'll never succeed where they are. Anyway, the National League is terrible and pitchers should not bat. I'm an American League fan and I always support whatever American League team makes it to the World Series, although if I had to pick one specific team out of them, it'd be the Yankees anyway.

Wrong section. I said Yankees but phillies win.(im a yanks fan) and i have read espn and watched everysports show there is and all of the facts show that Yankees are a beast team, but phillies have that bad luck that everybody hates.

Well, it took like 96 years for the Red Sox to break the curse of the Bambino, and no one complained about that bad luck. We mainly just pointed and laughed.

Yes but the bambino was the best player to live. I dont blame them. If we win this series i will start counting agian...27 WS Championchips! but i seriously doubt it becasue Andy Pettite is doing horrible, only 2 rbi in all of the games!

Even allowing an American League pitcher to actually GET an RBI, let alone two of 'em, proves that the National League - specifically their pitchers - are inferior.

Well if the Phillies win tonight they will have a tie. I dont think there going to win but if the tie comes they have as much of a chance as the yankees do.

I hope you're being sarcastic, because Albany would be a really ####ty market. They have the Red Sox up there, anyway.

Yeah, but Sabathia vs. Hamels is not exactly going to favor the Phillies.
