It's very hard to single out a single choice, but I'd have to go with the panel de pon series(aka Tetris Attack/Puzzle League), it's a game with pretty much infinite replay value and it's not hard to get other people into it, it's good both single player as well as multiplayer, and the multiplayer matches have a tendency to get really intense
