How does it actually logically subsitute? Other than just guesswork it doesn't translate for me.

The first and third words have only a one-letter difference; so do "pillage" and "village". We've already been given the "p" and the "v" from "ptv" so it works. Consider that "pillage" is a verb followed by an unknown word starting with "t" and then a noun of village. One of the basic rules of English grammar is that verbs must by followed by an article (like "an", "a", "the", "that", etc) before a noun.

So we have "Pillage T _ _ Village". What three-letter article starts with "t" and makes sense here? "The". You'll also note that the "e" in "the" corresponds with the "e"s in "pillage" and "village".

But the substitution is random. While Pillage the Village certainly would make sense, I need some hard proof to back it up.

For example, 'A' and 'P' are 15 letters separate. Therefore, if the way to break it was substitute the letters that are 15 letters away, then the 'T' in 'The' would have had to have been a 'E,' not an 'L.'

The only thing similar is the hair. Which doesn't really matter since most anime hair is like that. If you look at what the character in the teaser is wearing and Cinderfall character. You will see different clothes.

Yes. I played the demo. I'm looking at at both characters and see no similarity other than the hair. Besides, they'd look alike anyway they way they were made. The figure for both are the same, but it doesn't mean they are.

As far as the PTV thing goes, its really hard to see the code part. You practicly have to get on top of your moniter to see it! Anyway, I wonder if the globe in the background yeilds any info on what the game might be like. Maybe some sort of adventure or RPG?

Game was a mix of MTG and DYC.... Seems to be more chance at times than skill but awesome mix of difficulty yet simplicity of use...
Does anyone know if theres a set amount of cards and of each type or is it completely random chance...? For example in MTG theres a limit of 4 copys of a card.... and for tourneys a min. of 60 cards in a deck....
Maybe i'm just trying a way to make the game abit more predictable....
