Do YOU believe in ghosts?

I havent made a topic in awhile so i deicieded to make one.

Well the name of thsi topic pretty much explains what thsi topic will be about.
So post your ghost sightings or if you believe in them.

Ill start. I do believe in them but i have never seen one. I am very interested in ghosts and i have been for a while now.

It depends on what you means about ghost. If you mean souls and spirits, then yes. If you mean white shimmering sheets, then no.

I've played Luigi's Mansion, I know lots about ghosts.

I hear things around my house. I'm in the other room, and I hear the TV, so I go into the TV room, but the TV is not on. Kind of spooky, but I'm used to it.

Ya, I know. I used to have a dog, and when she yawned, it made this really high-picthed squeel... I still hear it every day, even though she's dead...

Yeah, the only reason I feel so bad is because I just watched the Futurama episode (Jurassic Bark) where Fry finds his dog's fossil and goes to remake him, but then doesn't because he figured the dog lived a full life, when really the dog just sat in front of his pizzeria waiting for him. I cried.

Nope, because i am a full believer that the "soul" is just neurons firing in the brain.

Humans just want to blame everything on something besides them. If a house creaks, its not the wind, its a GHOST!!! aaaah!!!!

My mom and dad experienced ghosts when they were in Africa. It were evil spirits. A friend of my parents Whent into a house with "evil spirits" and got a lot of things trown at him.
My mom and dad once saw a giant fire in the horisont a night. The africans said that it was "just" evil spirits playing. When they whent there the next day there were no ash or marks from fire. :shock:

I do I had this old dog that died like a year ago and it used to dream and act like it was chasing a cat or somthing and I still hear it at about 8:30pm almost everyday...

There are no such things as ghosts. We have a these thoughts to comfort ourselves to tell us that death is not the end, and that we will be around after our death. If there were ghosts, they would be eveywhere from all the people that have died, and there would still be plentty if you say they are people with unfinished business.

well ,at my great-grandmas house, a night-light keeps getting unplugged, and it was duct-taped to the wall. My great gradnpa didnt like night lights...

I saw one in my room once... It was pretty scary, but IT didnt look too scary. Although, I DID hear something.

Oh, and when everbody's in the basement, we hear noises from the floors above us.

Even when nothing is running.

My friends washing machine plays violin music when you least expect it. Everyone hears it at a different time in their lives but everyone eventually hears it. Very strange. Sometimes I feel like people are whispering to me when I play really loud music through headphones.

My friend lives in this huge, old plantation mansion. Every night, you hear little footsteps going from his sisters room into the bathroom. The Toilet flushes, and then the water turns on. After it is turned off, the 'ghst' goes and knocks on the master bedroom's door, like a child looking for his parents.

When they were remoleding thier kitchen, they found a long, 2 foot knife in the walls.

I don't spend the night at his house anymore.
