Not only is this thread completely unnecessary, but it's wrong in every way. No type named is better than the other, nor are genres better than other genres. Individual games are better than each other. Maybe when you learn that, someone can have a good discussion with you

I never even stated my view on the subject matter!!!


and not every one thinks the same way you do on this forum...
infact lots of people argued that older games are better,I'm just moving that arguement to the apropriate thread.

Halo sucks... I'm sorry - but it is very pale compared to PC shooters.
And Voyage country = sucks. Puzlee pirates, yay! :P

Halo is a PC shooter... Well, Halo 1 at least. And Halo 2 is coming out for the PC soon. Yeah, I know, multiplayer Halo isn't that great, but the single player gameplay is great. It has the most advanced AI I have ever seen in any game, making for some very difficult battles on Legendary.

Sorry - but all I understand in Halo's single player is few things:
1)You fight suicidal potatoes
2)Humans are T3H suxors in future
3)All levels are basicly made with same tiles(except outside and inside levels)

Suicidal Potatoes? WTF!? Do you even play Halo?

And yeah, all the humans except the MasterChief are total noobs who blow themselves up with their own grenades... but that's a good thing, because it makes it harder on the player. I mean, what fun would Halo be if the Marines were actually competent? They'd steal all your kills.

And so what if the levels are made with the same tiles. Graphics aren't what's important in a good game. That's the problem with games nowadays... all everyone cares about is graphics, gameplay isn't important anymore.

Cause most of opponents are rip-off the headcrabs(at least second part of the game). Flood DO look like suicidal potatoes. Covenant bore you quickly enough. and AI sux - I ean, you could at least make those guys usefull - not just for player to kill them and take their ammo.

Have you played Halo on legendary? It's not boring at all. The covenant are a lot smarter and stronger, and the flood are more numerous.

2)Humans are T3H suxors in future Yeah that's a given, that's what the entire story line is about, humanity trying to fight a hugely advanced alien race
3)All levels are basicly made with same tiles(except outside and inside levels)I was too busy trying to figure out how to kill two elites with one grenade on legendary to notice the tiles

that said Halo is a great game (which is on the PC) and the multiplayer is even better (as virtually all multiplayers are to their single player counterpart)

Dunno... but at least Halo 2 gave some graphic upgrade... but weakened the good guns... But really - did they had to make humans that misereble? At least AI shows what it's true. Although legendary is fun... but, after some time - you can automaticly play without one death... or is that a positive...

Graphics shmaphics. The only gun they really nerfed was the pistol. Yes they did, you're supposed to feel like a one man army. The only use I really needed the other marines for was to use my sniper rifle or rocket launcher when I only had one round left.

And I would assume that improving your ability to play is a good thing

Take a closer look
Head Crab: Four legged creature with a mouth on its underside. Takes over by latching around the victims head and giving it claws
Infection form: Essenstially a bulb with tentacles coming out the bottom. Takes over by burrowing into the chest and mutating the host completely

The only similarities are the fact that they take over the host and their color

Bullets do more damage to flesh than plasma, plasma drains shields faster, that's what the plasma rifle/smg combo is for

Scorpion doesn't need speed, it's a tank for crying out loud. And the warthog handles just the same as before and I found it pretty easy to use

Real life plasma is not shot from a firearm and is therefore useless in the battle field.

As for the scoprion I only use it where I have enough time to see them coming like in coagulation. Oh look a wart hog, BOOM.

I found warthogs too hard to control... banshee is simpler and faster.
