Sadly, with many tears, Sanjaya was voted off American Idol today. It seems that the downfall of this deceitful show will not happen this year.

I was really hoping he would win so that the show would be canceled.

I'm so happy now. I watch the show because my parents do, and that kid was just annoying.

You have to admit though, he has a lot of poise for only 17. I mean, he's basically become nationally hated (or loved depending if you're 14 years old and a girl) but he's handling it quite well.

He was an aweful singer, but even I must admit he was cute. ^.^

Though, I really expected him to last at lot longer than that.

I really hoped he would win. Seeing the comotion and disturbance he caused amongst Idol fans, even in this stage, imagine what would happen if he won the whole thing! It would be madness!

Now with Sanjaya gone, all I have left is to wait for locust season, first time in seventeen years. I'm pumped.

God bless he got off. There are kids at my school who can sing twice as good as I've seen Sanjaya sing.

I still think he has a career with his large fanbase, though. He'd probably sell albums from both fans and foes of himself.

I doubt it. His singing was pretty bad. His looks were ok, but what he really was was a showman. If he went into some kind of acting, he might be able to do that. He was a really good showman.
