How to use .sol editor easy!

I am so tired of hearing "How do I use .sol edit!!!!". So this is for all the nebwies that cannot figure out how to use a simple program. I have a windows XP, so if this doesn't work for you, then figure it out some other way.

Download sol edit here (http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?groupname=soleditor&filename=SolEditInstall.exe&use_mirror=umn)

Use the open folder key on the .sol edit program
click documents and settings
click on your username of the computer
click application data
then Macromedia
then flash player or shockwave player
then #shared objects
then click on the random code
if you saved a game after you downloaded .sol edit, you will see the website you saved the game on. Click that website to access the game script.
You can edit the numbers such as money or strength, intellegence, charm(stik rpg) after you load the game script on .sol edit
Sometimes, the certain numbers that you have to edit are hard to find since there are 30 other numbers. So what i do, lets say if I want to edit strenth, i put my strength up to 16, then look for the number 16 on .sol edit then put it up to 999 or sumthin like that. Then check the game to check that you didn't edit something you didn't want. If you did, just start a new game and go back to .sol edit to try again.BTW, this program only works with game that have a save feature. Once you save a game after you downloaded .sol edit, you can access the game save scripts by clicking on the website that the game is on through the process above.

All you need to do is allow yourself to look at hidden files. I do not know how, but search it up on google.

Just use the scroll button and click on documents and settings while you press the open button and the .sol edit program. And this doesn't work for macs. (BTW, Here's the random smiley:))

Should work for Vista too, but I'm not sure.

I'm not using Windows, so I can't be sure, but i think you need to go to Documents and Settings > User , then click tools > folder options > show hidden files.

Then in that folder (documents and settings>user) you will find one named Application Data, and the rest is covered by the guide.

Me and a member of our clan have been working with the Xat .sol files for a few hours with a few leads. First, a sol file is not created unless you are made a member/mod/owner. If you are sent back to guest, though, it will still exist.

Now, when you are made a member/mod/owner, a number is generated in the sol file for the room you are in. It's under the "Pass" directory" Modifying this number will make you a guest. Now, if you make yourself a guest before the admin/mod demotes you, that number can be used to make yourself an owner whenever you want. Somehow these numbers are tied to the chat .sol file I guess(just the regular with user info). It's not tied to IP, however.

The only way to get around a ban is a proxy or change your IP.

Basically this is all we have gathered so far. I'm not gathering this for malicous intent as much as I am to get Xat off of my clan's website, and move to IRC.
