Mafia - Willow Creek

Willow Creek is a lovely village just south of the Kentucky borderline. There are only a few living here, with almost no crime, excusing the rebelious youngers who steal gum from the local Safeway. Everyone is oblivious to the outside world. They are just livving thier lives. Their perfect, carefree lives.

Willow Creek's authority figures take it easily, drinking bottles of whiskey labled "XXX" on the job. The village's guard is so low, they wouldn't suspect anyone of being part of some oragnized crime organization. Yet that's what led to Willow Creek's devastating destruction.

On a sunny July morning, an emergency town meeting is called to order by the mayor. "The unthinkable has happened last night, in this very town", the mayor said depressingly. "Someone has been murdered. Shot to death, with six bullet holes in his head."

The detective and doctor of the town had just been chosen by the mayor prior to the meeting. The delivery man just dropped them into your mailboxes, with the red thingy on the side of them up.

And the new mafia leader for the town has been chosen by the United Mafia Association. He will control who dies in the town. A letter to him from the UMA is in his mailbox.

I don't think you should be killing someone off before the game starts, you know, it doesn't help the game, since the Mafia guy is just shooting in the dark, and it doesn't help the peoples determine who the Mafia could be, not to mention you just kick somone out without giving him any chance at all.

A few volunteers bring out a rolling table with a sheet draped over a lump. Slowly, the mayor took off the sheet. A slightly disgusting aroma filled the room. There was Mr. Anderson, with, as the mayor said, six bullets in his head. To be more precise, near the left temple.

"The scary part is that Mr. Anderson was the detective of the city that I chose just prior to the killing. The mafia must have a clue to whats going on..."

Outside the community building, everyone from the town groups together. After talking about the murder, they have decided to hold a vote. Whoever gets the most votes must be killed.

After the votes were made and counted by the angry mob, or at least the ones who did vote, it was decided. Mushroom Mammoth was to be killed. That night, Everyone from the town, armed with torches and pitchforks, marched to his house, got in through an open window, and stabbed MM to death. After stealing all of Mr. Mammoth's booze and tobacco, they lit the house and MM on fire, destroying all evidence of there ever even being a homicide that night. For all the authority figures knew, his house burned to rubble by accident.
