Specifications of Making Tournaments (Please Read)

Its usually this forum that has a flood of tournament threads almost every week.
I've decided to make a thread to make sure that the tourneys gets started and (somehow) finished.

TO START A TOURNAMENT:

If you want to start one, you have to be active (always). if you just start one and never edit it, it will most likely be abandoned, locked, deleted etc.

It has to have the rules (of course), and an even number of players.
Too make sure you're not so new to these forums, you should (at least) have to have the posting
rank of Salesperson to start one. Remember: it's suggested, not required. But if its completely organized (and makes sense), it'll pass.

The Stick Arena League is a SA Group created by Spectral (http://forums.xgenstudios.com/member.php?u=27998). The League usually holds tournaments with an actual prize, unlike others. To join ant of the league tournaments, you have to be a member of the league. To do that, please view the thread in the link that is provided.

TO ENTER A TOURNAMENT:

(this is mainly the problem)

To enter one, you have to be active on the forums as well. No, being on here on your first day will not let you in (get used to it).

Make sure that you put the Time Zone that you're in (mostly FFA and doubles tournaments).

Being a Referee: (FFA Only)
There the official when there's only 3 players in a FFA.
-You cannot disagree with them or you're disqualified.
-If you get a kill on them, You're disqualified.

Free Kills FK's
1 on 1/2 on 2: Its usually not allowed. Don't see why it wouldn't be.
Free For All: Its allowed. If it happens to you, Don't ##### about it. YOU HAVE FISTS. USE THEM.
