Red Guy in front of Bank?

At the xgen home screen, when you have your mouse over the SRPG game, you see a preview video of the game. And I noticed the red guy walking up and down the street in front of the bank. There is no red guy walking in front of the bank in the game. Did I not do something during the game that makes him appear? Or is he just in the video?

They're probably doing the same thing as the motherload video.

Perhaps the red guy is you, you won't find him walking because you haven't made your character do the exact same thing

He's not infront of the Pawn Shop he's infront of the bank and it's pretty obvious that it's the cocaine dealer.
