Among the other clubs, the Elite's Club is the oddest. Because of restrictions in forum software, there must be an apply button, but really, the Elite's Club is invite-only. The Elite's Club is a place where posting is far more casual. Since everyone invited is respectable, the odd rule infringement doesn't go noticed. I'd assume everyone knows each other at an intimate level.
