How often/when do you practice your instrument(s)?

Just wondering. I do it every school day at 7:00 a.m., until 7:30 a.m. I have to do it two hours a week, and I play the cello.

I try to practice everyday and usually just under 3 hours a week.

Well, I am in two band classes at school, rotating between the baritone and tenor saxaphones. So that alone is 225 minutes of practicing a week. Then you add the two hours of practicing 6 days a week (My high school is ranked 2nd in the state) so that is 720 minutes. And then I normally just #### around trying to memorize frequently-requested song for about 2 hours a week. So, that is 120.

NOW THEN! We have my banjo, which I screw around with for about 30 minutes a day, same goes for my keyboard. So that is 7 hours weekly on those two.

And then I have the harmonica and guitar. The only time I play harmonica is for the occasional jam session with my dad and his friends, and the guitar for when my dad trys to teach me how to play. So, I suppose you could say 40 minutes a week or so.

So excluding whistling and singing, I get up to about 25 hours and 25 minutes weekly on an instrument.

EDIT: Looking at that again. I think you can cut 3 or 4 hours of that off. 30 minutes a day just sounded good for the banjo/keyboard. It is a bit less in reality.

I have two and a half hour band practices for school, 4 days a week. That is 10 hours. Each day I practice piano 30 mins, and trumpet 45-60 mins. That is another 8-9 hours. I also screw around on guitar, which usually occurs for 30 minutes biweekly.

Piano: This can vary. Sometimes I never play at all. Occasionally I'll stay up past two writing and noodling. My favorite time to go to bed when I do this is 3:36. I just want to see if anybody picks up on that obscure reference to another song.
Anyways, we'll say an average of 4 or 5 hours a week. 4.

I try to play an hour a day. But I don't most of the time. But according to that it would be 420 minutes a week.
