Hey everyone!
I just thought I'd reward those of you who visit the forums by putting together a little online racing league for those who are interested. :)
Its very simple. I made a modified version of Chicken Jockey that is playable only on my computer. The game works like the real version of CJ, except I pick who races in each event. I created another little program that randomly picks the racers so I can tell everyone who is racing in advance, and what their records are.
You won't get to see the chickens' attributes, so at the beginning you'll be picking them based on their overall rating. Later on, the chickens' records will give you an idea who to pick.
I'll give everyone a some time to place their bets, then I'll run the race and record it using a recording program. I'll upload the race to my site so you guys can watch it.
I'll keep track of everyone's cash and results and make them viewable after you watch the race. There's a catch, though. If you run outta money, you're out of the game! Maybe I'll incorporate a little XCash pot and who ever has the most money after so many races wins the pot.
So, if you're interested in joining, e-mail me and let me know. I'll cap the number of people at a certain number, which I'm not sure of yet because I don't know how many people will see this. :) I know how many bets I'll be able to handle though.
So right now, I just want anyone who's interested e-mail me. Once I've decided there are enough people, I won't accept any more e-mails.
I'll set up a form for the betting soon.
