They're my favorite band. My friend says everyone knows about them, but I'm not so sure.

Weezer is good. They're different. Unlike half the bands out there

yeah no one likes them ne more...i never did......it hink any band that has made a music video for mtv sucks....except rancid...they went one once but tehy havent sold out

This thread is hilarious.

Weezer's been around since you were 2 years old man (That's 1992) and you were probably 4 years old when they released their first album.

Man, I realize that the average age around here is probably about half of my current age, but I feel incredibly old now...

I havn't heard anything about weezer in year's.... anyone know what happened to them?

They were on hiatus from 1997 to 2000, but they have been active since 2000, releasing albums in 2001 (Weezer aka: The Green Album), 2002 (Maladroit), 2005 (Make Believe), 2008 (Weezer aka: The Red Album).

There are rumors that they are working on a new album, but there is no definitive release date. They are also currently on tour with blink-182.
