... to get this straight: You're new. You know "bob"'s name so you apparently know him in real life. And you chose to ask him a question on an online forum which "bob" visits once or twice a day maybe. Chances are you'll get an answer within a few hours. You COULD have called him or IMed him and gotten an answer immediately.
