What do you find is the best position for easy nodding off in class?

Here are the positions I've tried and the reasons that I don't really like them:

-The Crossed Armmed Head Lay- begins to hurt the elbow of the arm that my head is positioned on.

-The Foreheaded Relax- This is where you get good extension across the desk and just lay your head face first on the desk. It works alright in some positions, but that crinkles up my nose. If I primarily use my forehead, it hurts that.

-The Book Assisted Foreheaded Relax- Same as foreheaded relax except you place a book in a good position and put your forehead on the end, leaving the rest of your face hanging off. This starts to hurt your forehead though.

I guess The Crossed Armmed Head Lay will be good when I start wearing sweatshirts, but it isn't time for that yet, so I'm looking for some good suggestions. Thanks!

I find the cross armmed head lay to work for all times.
Wearing a jacket helps though.

I find the Forehead Relax implies most of your disdain for the class to your teacher. Use that one, just make sure to have absolutely nothing on your desk besides your face, and occasionally snort for the hell of it.

I put my book or binder under my one arm, then rest my head over my arm.

I find the bored looking hand rest works well. You must simply hold your arm up like a pilar and keep your palm open. Put your face in and viola!

The one arm lazyboy is also a good one.

Angle yourself sideways in your desk, let the side of your head rest in the crook of your arm. Place the other arm over to shield the light.

I put my head on the edge of my desk with some sort of buffer, like a hacky sack (I don't know what other countries call them... Kick ball maybe?)

I usually bury my face in my hoodie. Works most of the time.

I'll switch from the one armer, just lazily stretching one arm over the desk, and resting my head between the shoulder and elbow. Pretty comfortable, but it can make your arm go numb eventually. If that happens I'll switch to the folded arms, where I fold my arms across each other, and rest my forehead on the arm.

best way I've found is just rest your cheek on the desk and keep your arms under it. That also keeps the edge from jutting into your chest

Some great suggestions here! I'll be sure to try each of these out in all of my classes and come back with the results (however, that wont be til monday).

I have a sweater that I wear as a cape when it's too hot (it looks stupid, but OTOH if I take it off in front of a group of girls they start talking to me for no reason).

Basically, I put my binder on top of whatever Knuth I'm reading (seriously, those books are the best for sleeping. Buy them just for that.) Then I fold my sweater up on my binder, put my head down on that, and then pass out.

It's the ultimate in comfort.
