Lately I have been having this weird feeling, I dont black out, I dont lose concionsnense(sp?),but I say things without thinking about them, and everything loses detail, I can see crude shapes and some details (ie big words)Its not like all this is bothering me too much but I think if its somthing serious I better get on top of this. When I'm talking I dont say stupid things I say what I normally say but I'm not thinking about whats happening like I would normally (like thinking what to type;) ) and it feels REALLY weird if anyone can help or knows why this might be happening it would definetly be appreciated
That was extremely hard to decipher...
I suggest correcting that and then seeing a Doctor

1. It took me 2 minutes for me to translate that.
2. Go to the hospital.
3. Why are you asking an online community for health advice?

either:
-use less drugs
-get more sleep
-you have a concentration problem some variation of add or something
-everyone will zone out, some people will mumble, maybe you do both.

That's what I'd say.
