Anything used. You want something that's cheap, and light on the gas. Gas is drain on cash. A small, Toyota or something.

If it's your first car, you aren't in a position to choose your favorite brand, or whether or not it's American. Get what you can afford, then in a few years get a car you really want once you have a high paying job...

nah get a small to medium pick up, good with gas, gurls love a pickup man, and if you crash you won't be as hurt, depending on what you hit.

thirty fraking kay?
Why would you want to blow a hole in your face like that? Just the price of the car is ridiculous, then the insurance is going to help with the raping of you. sports cars cost more to insure than a regular car. just get something small and efficient, you do not need to prove anything with a flashy car other than your penis size.

Import a nissan sunny.
They sell for £50 over here, nice drive too once you get used to the absense of power steering.

good way to build up some muscle though xD
I like my little honda civic. a nice three door with good mileage. and it's small tank makes me happy when It doesn't cost me more than $20 to fill it.
But if you can afford a 30k sports car spend that money more wisely and get something cheaper (even half that price). My grandparents just got a nissan versa and I love it. Granted I have to go by the tachometer to know when to shift. The engine is too quite to hear through the car. but it's a wonderful vehicle (so far).

that's the other thing. If you can, get a manual. They're much more fun (for me at least) to drive. unless you live in a place full of stop adn go traffic or a lot of hills you'll have to stop on. then it really sucks

I own a 2001 Mazda Protoge'. It has a 4 cylinder engine, which is great on gas. It cost me $32 to fill up my tank, and that is pretty good in New York where gas prices have just peaked at $3.50 (I know Europe has it worse, but whatever). If you are concerned about gas millage, there is nothing better than an 4 cylinder.

I know Europe has it worse, but whateverIt's 89.9 pence per litre (was 94.9 about 2 days ago), and €1,30 in France.
So I guess it's getting a little better.

well idk what that means but where im at in the US (ohio) the gas station down the street is 2.39 and 2.29 which is not bad considering the 3.00 and 3.10s we had in the beginning of the summer.
Screw cars, do it the manley way, a horse. Or better yet, an elephant, imagine pulling up to school on that big thing...

It'd be a hell of a lot more to import it than it would be for the car itself. By at least 3 or 4 times. Minimum.
If importing cars was cheaper, I'd import a used Diesel Volkswagon Lupo or a Fox. 75mpg, man.
Hrm. On second thought, maybe I'd import a Toyota Aygo.
