It doesn't matter if i go to bed at 9:00 pm or if i go to bed at 12:00 am. I still have insomnia. I cant take sleeping pills because my parents wont let me. Also, they are bad for your body. Now I take Neocitran because of my cold, (its the
stuff that isnt non-drowsy) and I STILL have insomnia. Can any help me to figure out a way to get to sleep? Thanks in advance.
Postscript:I used grammar and ponctuation.

Wake up really early. Then go to sleep when you're tired.

Just bang your head against the wall until you get unconcious...

Or... you could tell us more about your case. IF you actually have insomnia, then you are going to have to tell us more about what refrains you from sleeping and whatnot, and what is different about sleeping now then it was before you had "insomnia".

Do a lot of physical activity before you go to sleep + stop watching TV. Your case of "insomnia" doesn't seem to severe.

when i go home after a foobtall game/practise, i always shower after, and after my shower, im not tired anymore. the earlier i go to bed, the less tired i am. its odd.
