This kid im my class drives me CRAZY! Everyday he tries to do some weird thing to me. All of last year and this year he followed me around saying "Kirky McSwainy, the gerbil boy" in a musical tone. He keeps doing stuff like this to me all of the time. Just yesterday he got a part of his trumpet and started poking me with it. It it just me or is this a little immature for 7th grade. This kid is like a bully except that he is litteraly the weakest kid in the class( girls could beat him up). I could just beat him up but there is a strict policy about fighting. If I draw blood I am going to jail and if I just mess him up a little I'll still get suspended. I'm in all advanced classes and this kid is really dumb and he dosen't do his homework and fails his tests. I've tried picking on him hoping that he would stop but he dosen't.(I can't just ignore him since he is in EVERY class except one.) So basicaly... What do I do?

Don't act like you're getting bothered by it, because thats EXACTLY what he wants, just take it in your stride and he'll grow tired if he's having no effect on you...

To get around from fighting, here is a basic routine.
1- Grab hold of him from his shirt
2- Press him up against a locker
3- Simply yell at him: 'SHUT. THE. ####. UP!'
4- Walk away. If nobody was around, this incident never happened. If he tells on you, just deny it, nobody can prove it, and you (I'm guessing) have a clean record to show that you wouldn't do anything like that.
Screw ignoring, it never works.

Be straigh up with him. Catch him in the act of doing one of his annoying acts, and repeat the following. Look him in the eye to "What the hell(or '****' depending if there is a teacher around) are you doing? Stop being a little *****" At this point, look at his face and see his facial expression. You decide how to finish it off based on that.

Just tell him if he doesn't stop you will do something bad. Then do something bad.
Try to actually talk about it with him? Maybe it's 7th grade, and talking doesn't work, but if you can try to explain to him that it's a waste of both your time, maybe he'll change a bit. If you want, hard-ball him on giving you a why, he'll try to change the subject most likely, but really try to get a why (he'll realize there's no reason).
Or, if he laughs and says "Just CUZ!" then he's an idiot, and logic won't work.

If he's dumb, how is he in all of your classes but one, if you're in all advanced classes? Are you sure he's not just lazy?
Anyway, just tell him to shut the **** up. If he doesn't, just get more verbally agressive with him or sort it out with an adult.

i say what you should do is tell him to come hang out with you after school in the woods or something then beat the **** out of him then tell him to stop annoying you then if that dont work kill him and bury his body in the woods that would solve the problem easily make sure there are no witnesses though and make sure no one knew where you were going. jk lol

You're in all advanced classes, right. How come he's always there if he's dumb? Advice: Try getting in the front of the class where the teacher can see you and everything will be fine. Or are you one of those people who likes to fool around at the back of the class?

Ingoring works. There was a kid who was kind of picking on me last year and I just ignored him. I kept a poker face on the whole time. They just go away if you don't do anything. I suggest just doing that. You could probably be caught if you beat him up though...
I say beat him up. If your school is like mine, then the most you'll get is a week or two of suspension, and that beats a year of annoyance.

So unless somebody tells me a way to find him after school I can't actually fight him. (Although AR's idae was actually good I might try that.)

Ultimatemaster's staring thing works... its also good to see how long you can stare at the back of someones head in class before they get the feeling they're being watched and turn around... or just plain annoying people if you're like the guy your trying to get rid of.
Another thing that works is chasing people around the school making threats that people know you would do. for me that's very easy, because no one ever knows what I'm going to do/would do.
