Ok, excuse my french, but my foot hurts like BLOODY ####! Around the ankle at that bump it hurts. Alot. For no reason. Help me. PLEASE!

When I put no weight on it it hurts...

Put ice on it for 10 minutes. While there is ice on it, boil water. When you take the ice off, dip a dish/hand towel in the boiled water. Ring out the towel, then wrap it around your ankle.

i have a problem kinda like this. its my aching ankle. i cant do anything about it because:
1.my mom says its just the way iv been sitting on it/or asleep
2.she doesnt believe me.
