It all depends on the girl. For most girls one just works better. So, I like the girls who have hair that just "works" for them.

I prefer neither for one reason: I focus more on texture and style than I do on the actual color. What do I mean? Well, I'm not really sure. I can see the texture of a girl's hair, and I automatically know whether I like it or not. Texture is a lot harder to fake than color itself. I also look at the hairstyle - which is a little more indicative of the girl's personal choice. My favorite hairstyle is actually an old 70's/80's hairstyle that's still around today.

The style is basically a ponytail, only with a bit of "antenna" hair hanging down in front of the ears.

If your hair is your natural color, good. That's way better than changing it to make yourself something you're not. People with badly-done blonde dye jobs look white trash anyway.

Red heads = True Black Hair > Blonde hair > Brunet.

Keeping in the subject of hair though, the colors don't matter too much too me. Sure, I have prefrences. But as long as a woman's hair goes past the shoulders, hair really doesn't matter to me.

To be honest -- the idea that personality should be your only choice is BS. A girl should be physically attractive to you in order for a relationship to work. You may disagree with me, but you need to be attracted to the girl on all levels in order for the relationship to work.

There's my problem. My school seemed populated by not quite as tall as the average people so I have a tendency to slouch so as not to stand out quite so much

I'm not sure about the exact reasoning why, but hair is a symbol of pride. By cutting hair short, they are humiliating a person. It's the same reason why new recruits in the military get buzz cuts -- they're getting cut down to the lowest of the low.

Agh, in most cases I dislike short hair on women. It may be "classy", but in my opinion, much less attractive. I've always placed hair as one of women's greatest qualities, so I like it plentiful. Not so long that it reaches their ass, mind you, but a fair amount.

I agree entirely, I think the colour you of hair you like also depends somewhat on the colour of your hair. And finally ALWAYS HAIR DOWN! I hate it when girls have a ponytail, letting your hair is always better girls.

Simple ponytails are boring. But they're practical in that they allow a girl to do almost anything during the course of the day without a problem. It would be a real pain in the arse to be playing soccer, and have your hair down -- you couldn't see a thing.
