How do I get new furniture? I'm kinda new to this... how do I move to the electronics and applyances part of the store?

Those are just signs. More furniture is unlocked as you purchase more expensive homes at the bank. After you buy something at the store, be sure to re-enter the store, because a new item may take its place.

Also, once you get the castle, you cannot buy anything for your house.

no once you buy the castle It has no new items it has all the mansion items
