how do i change the writing under my name?

Hello im a noob as you can see, under my name its says junior member (or somthing) and some people have got other stuff.
How do i change it or is it IMPOSSIBLE?

There are two ways in which you can change the wording you mentioned. First, you can alter it in increments by posting - thus changing your current 'title' to another, "higher" default rank set by the Forum Staff. Second, you can accumulate sufficient xcash (explained here (http://forums.xgenstudios.com/showthread.php?t=24155)) so that you can change your title to whatever unique text you choose.
