Can you make a club?

I was wanting to join the sport club. But the guy who started it, it says he hasent even got on in forever. So i was wondering how i could make a club.I am very intrested in making some type of sports club.

Well you couldn't just make a club. Ask others if they want a new Sports Club or something like that. I don't know what state the club is in so I wouldn't know if it was abandoned or not. And if we should have a new one or not.
