Is there any way to get rid of the part that says Createforum.com or make it some diffrent link.

Not likely. The service that's hosting your forums wants everyone to know that they're hosting it. Therefore, you can't get a unique domain name unless you pay for it. And I'm guessing you're doing this for free.
