Regardless of the quality of Jagex's software titles, XCash is no longer around. It was a currency earned for posting that could then be used to purchase effects for one's name.

X cash is the currency of the site. You get this by posting, starting threads, not chatting in spammer land, ect. You can use this to buy stuff or you can put it in the bank and get intrest.
