What's your favorite GTA?

I was just wondering which Grand Theft Auto everyone liked the best.

I chose GTA3. Many people think that Vice City is better, and yes, while it does have a few improvements over their first 3d game, I like GTA3 more because of the environment. You can really feel the down and gritty when dealing with the mob, or the various gangs.

I prefer Vice City, the landscapes are awesome as well as the vehicles, and I just love the motorcycles

Was it because of the top down view? I remember when I first got those, I would really like playing them, driving around shooting people and whatnot, but the really simple graphics and that top down view made me not want to play it so much.

I don't like top view, but u can switch to it. I prefer 3rd person view, my all-time favorite

Yeah I always try to keep it on the 'intermediate' 3rd person view on 3 and VC.

I think it's more like beginner because You can aim up down left or right, but I guess you could say it's intermediate cause the top down view has autoaim

WEll, I meant intermediate in terms of distance. You know how there's one that's like, right on his back, one really far away, and one in between? I use the in between one.

i like gta 3 but vice city has a great soundtrack

I was never one for the GTA games. First off they are way to glitchy! I did how ever enjoy Vice City, as much as I hated it. If you want a game like GTA play Postal 2.

Because GTA is glithy. And in GTA you cant beat someone to death with a shavel.

but you can have sex with people in cars, and its not too glitchy

Oh believe me, it's glitchy. I used the hhopingirl cheat on a prostitute in the game, so they hop on the motorcycle, and then when the shaking occurs, absolutely nothing happened

Not to mention sometimes thew textures get stretched and I randomly fall thru thing, plus you can fly underground. If you forget those things it's not too glitchy

thats not very many glitches really, ive played many games with more, but it seems im not the only one that hates teh first GTA's

Flying underground? That's not glitchy? Than I don't know what is.

i know its a glitch but the game doesnt have a ton of glitches, i know games that have more.

its better then it freezing, whats wrong with flying underground? its better then getting stuck on tony hawk

I like GTA3 better than Vice City... I like them both, but i just like the feel that GTA3 gives you.

Postal 2 is great. I like Vice City just because I haven't even played 3.
