Have you ever heard of the case of where a whale washed up dead on a beach, and officials had no clue what to do with it? Here's a video on it, it's really hilarious.

I was about to read that. Then I read something about explosives and flying chunks of meat. And then i decided not to watch a whale explode. Silleh.

Why couldn't you just slice it apart and eat it? Sell the meat?

Because they didn't know how he died. He could of drank some oil, died of a weird disease. Plus his meat would be spoiled by the time they cut up a giant whale.

I read about it in Dave Barry a while back... apparently the state had no idea what to do with it, so they handed it over to the highway department.
