Just as the other people said, when I got to the CEO level the interest rate instantly froze at 0%. Maybe this is a bug in the random fluctuations? All I know is it hasn't moved from 0 for me in over 60 days.

The interest rate is completely random. The bug is that it stays in 0% if it hits it.
Hmm.. other people have said that as well. Well, that won't be a problem in StickRPG 2...

Ive had intersest jump frim 0% to 5.5% percent while i was ceo...

actually, that happened to me too, my interest rate was at 0% but when i got to ceo level it jumped to 5.5%
