Poll: Final Fantasy

I was wondering how many of you enjoyed FF VII and FF X.

I've played most, if not all FFs, but I think the most recent ones have lost the greatness of the origs.

I played, and greatly enjoyed both VII and X. I enjoyed the first play through of VII more, but I find X more fun to replay. I don't think either of them are as good as the SNES ones.

I think FF VII, FF VIII, and FF X are the best RPGs out there. Okage shadow king is a good game also (a little cheesy though)

FFVII was good, best out of the recent ps ones. But snes are still better as they kept FFs essence.

I have never been one for the FF games. Although I was forced to play through X, it was ok. I would still much rather play Morrowind, or Neverwinter Nights.

Xbox is all you need most of the times... Halo is the only thing that gets me away from my comp occassionally...

I need help in Final Fantasy X. Do any of you remember the boss fight where you fight Semour with the Mortobody for the first time cause you go back to get Kamari? I am stuck on that fight. My strategy was to just make Yuna fast enough so she can cast an anti spell before semour does his multi_thunderaga or Multi-whatever. Then to just kill the mortobody with auron and tidus. If you have any tips please e-mail me at ad0ptanemu@yahoo.com. I have been stuck on this so long because my Lulu still doesn't know Bio and it is about 5 spots away on the sphere grid.

I voted for FF7 because IMO 10 could've been a lot better. But I guess it should figure that the only FF game they decide to make a sequel to is 10. My favorite FF will always be FF4 (2 in the states) on Snes. Playing as "Cecil - D. Knight" (before he gets to be a paladin) and Rhidya the caller...man, good times. I wish I still had that cartridge.

i like ff ix tat is cool 4 disc game i got it for 5 bucks because it only had an french manual so they thought it was french so i got it i passed it

I beat FFX, but FFVII is really awesome, too. My cousins play it.

Of all the squaresoft games I say Chrono Trigger. I don't particularly like the FF series in part because there's too many and most too long. I do however have one favorite FF. That would be number 4. I love the black mage white mage, etc.

FFVII and FFIV are the best imo, I can't decide though which is better... Although I agree with you Vagrant that CT is better. FF is great and all but CT is much better, though why they didn't expand on it is beyond me, I would have bought CC rather than FFVIII first if I had the chance and they were released simultaneously...

If you can continue the thread in an intelligent way that's probably going to last longer than a week, then go ahead and "bump" a topic, at least you're sparking some discussion. Go revive a GOOD thread, though. This one's kinda outdated.

ive always hated the final fantasy series since everything is turn based and the game takes so long to win. also, when you get a character that is awesome and build him up to be uber awesome, usually they kill him off at the end.
