Well, I just downloaded gAIM and I made an AIM account and hotmail account for the forums only. This way I can talk to my friends on MSN and xgen people on gAIM. Anyways, if you want to add me, I'm ScientistBlah on AIM and ScientistBlah@hotmail.com on MSN.

You know, the people developing Gaim personally hate you now.

They say specifically in their FAQ that you capitalize it "Gaim" or "gaim", and not "GAIM" or anything else.

Q. What does "Gaim" stand for?
A. For freedom! No, seriously, it doesn't stand for anything. It's our name and we're sticking to it. The two acceptable forms of capitalization are "Gaim" and "gaim" (and not "GAIM").

Anybody interested in Gaim, it's a SourceForge project at http://gaim.sourceforge.net/ which serves this purpose:
Gaim is a GTK2-based instant messenger application. It supports multiple protocols via modules, including AIM, ICQ, Yahoo!, MSN, Jabber, IRC, Napster, Gadu-Gadu and Zephyr.
But I still only use AIM for most purposes. If anybody wants to talk to me at any time (since I'm leaving the boards again at the end of the 14th in CDT), I'm on AIM usually about 6 to 24 hours per day on the name "thepolyonymous" or e-mail me at nathan (le at) prididoct (le dot) com.
