Help me it wont let me save

No, you can play without having an account. You just cannot save. Why don't you take a little time to check things before being so rude?

It is not a simple question either. You need to provide a screenshot of the error message as skye said. Therefore, the XG team can get a better chance to fix your problem. Okay?


A screenshot and tutorial of taking a screenshot is situated in the Knowledge Base or "Frequently Asked Questions." In addition, I recommend reading all of the topics within there as well for future reference :D

I'm having the same problem too, if i die, it says continue or quit and when you click continue it asks for your account name and password and whenever i type it in it says no save data can be found on this account.

You now you have to save right? If it says that theres no save data then maybe there isnt. When you dont wanna play anymore you need to go to the hovering robot in the middle of the screen and save there. Maybe thats what you need...

I started a new game after I made an XG account. when I go to save, it sasy sending data and then next, it says undefined. all cookie accpetance is on.

I have a theory.
When changing the high score list
It affected saves.

Try clearing your cache.
The version number has changed.

Sorry bout the large file size. Its early in the morning and I forgot to change the file type, and am too lazy to do it now.

EDIT: Changed it to a jpg when I couldn't even load the pic. :)
