Mine happened a few minutes ago. I had a full cargo bay prolly worth 500,000 at least and when I went to my matter transporter, I hit the left arrow key right into a gas pocket.

What happened to you??

Ok, compltely useless topic, but I'll go with it. I had over 100,000 money underground and I was low in life, and I found my first amazonite, and then when I reached for it, I hit a gas pocket and died. It took me over 30 minutes to get there and I threw a rampage in my room, because I got so pissed off.

In the beta, I hit a gas pocket and died, but you couldn't save yet, so it was 3 hours of wasted time. :?

I just had another one I had 6 Amozonite and 10 rubies. I hit two gas pockets and was still alive then I decided to get out and because I'm so cheap I use a quantuim teleporter. Of course it slames me into the ground and I explode.

I had 2 amazonites 1 diamond and 5 rubies along with lots of emeralds and einsteinium, and I paused for a second to check my whatpulse and I used the option in whatpulse to look at my profile and it opened my profile in the window that my paused game was in... I went nuts for a few minutes

Lets see... Played for like an hour, and on my IBM laptop, to the left and right of the 'up' arrow, there are a 'foward' and 'backwards' buttons that brings you forward and backwards in the history. I hit one, and BAM. I'm at the homepage. >_< i save every trip up now =P

my worst tragety was i got like 10 mill of minerals, + the bounus things. but i forgot to get a teleporter thing, so i had to tavel all the way back up to the surface, i had like 10 fuel tanks, and used em all, when i got to the surface i was at critical fuel level, RIGHT when i get to the fuel station. i blew up -.-;

mine was kind of funny...when i was first starting out i was running out of fuel and popped out of the tunnel and i kept missing the fuel station and blew up before i saved. (i also had some silverium).

new tragity this stupid game is so full of bug that is could not get out of the tranmission window after i defeated satans first form it just messed him up pretty bad then he says you imbecile or whatever and when i tried to close it it popped up again any help anyone

My Motherload tragedy has to be when I accidentally clicked on OPTIONS right as I exited the fuel station, the game had mistakened me for being a cheater. *I couldnt save, which sucked. Ah well, at least I get to start over!*

Here we go, this is a good one.

I had my game paused while I was working on xgen. I had What Pulse open in my toolbar. I wanted to see all my stats, so I right clciked on the big W then went up to check stats online. It took away my motherload window to go to the What Pulse website. I hadnt saved in forever...

Well, I'm still a noob at the game, I only have $2,000 equipment, but I found a spot with tons of gold and silver, and I started loading up, and bam, low fuel, so I start truckin my way up, but it's too dark, and I couldn't see my own tunnels, and I lost it all, lol. Oh well, I smoked one, came back, and changed the gamma on the video card software.

Mine involves my evil computer and the fact that cable is not all it's cracked up to be... here goes:

1. Had an excellant load. At this point I could have gottne, say, 400000 off of it.
2. I ran low on fuel ( at this point, no extra fual tanks for me...)
3. Well, I best get back to the surface, says I.
4. I used a quantum teleporter. And my game froze. Very frozenly. Needles to say, i was not happy... but now i just make sure to save... and restart my modem every time the computer goes on...

I had Like 25 amnozites. and full health and fuel all the upgrads. and i hit a gas pocket and boom. i guess it was a glich. and 25 amnozits is like $27,000,000 i didnt do the math though.

Yep, only way to do it, I make them straight down maybe... 5k feet, then get dynamite(sp?)
only go off to get gems, artifacts, and the martian skels, everything else is worthless... of course, collect gold and silver and copper untill you get 750, then buy fuel, then buy everything else 750, go deeper, then buy the next price... then again... my high score is only like...62 mil I think...
