I know there are cheats for this game(unless they haven't been implemented yet) because sometimes when you click Options to many time a thing pops up saying your a cheater. I was just wondering what they are.

While beta testing was still in the air, the beta testers (like myself) informed the XG Team of some bugs which gave one an advantage in one way.

One that I found was if you held the down button while digging in pause, your machine would go significantly quicker, and thus change the pace of the game. It was actually possible to succeed in moving off-of-the-screen - You could hear the digging commense, but you just couldn't see your digging machine in action, until you unpressed pause, and waited for the screen to scroll down to the whereabouts of your machine. :) The 'cheater' text was implemented for such occasions.


As a matter of fact, you can still experience a quicker way of digging by clicking pause while in the midst of digging, and un-pausing the game when that 'soil square' is eliminated. Keep in mind this may actually slow down the game if not used properly. Also, this trick doesn't work in succession, so you are in need of pressing pause between squares. Try letting go of the down-arrow key when in pause.

Note on ntouchable:Due to the fact that you will get hulls and tanks that are much larger than at the start, chances are that you will have low fuel and hull strength. Though this is the same amount as before you entered the cheat, you will have enough to drill a fair bit, but some replenishing wouldn't go astray.
