Do you think he will reach 755 and 756? Discuss.

Wow, it took him forever to get those last two homeruns.

If he doesn't get hurt, he could. He has to start hitting more frequently, though. He isn't consistent and might only hit one HR a week.

He's retiring after this year. I say no.
Don't worry guys, I'll boo the living #### out of him on Friday (I'm going to that game). I'm thinking of buying a carringe and throwing it at him.

That's spelled "syringe".[/spellingnazi]
If he really does retire after this year, there is no way he'll reach 755. He is way to inconsistant to make it all the way. Like thery said, if it takes him a while to get the last two, imagine how long it will be when he's close to 755. He is caving under all the pressure.
I honestly don't know why the MLB hasn't banned him yet. I mean, he's worse than Pete Rose was. All Pete did was gamble. This guy's cheating at the game, and can be sued for purjery. Same with Mark Mcguire
I think he will be able to do it. He's made it this far. I think he would another season if he didn't make it this season. Also I'm a giants fan so I might be a little bias.
They had a report in Sportscenter about whether any team will sign him or not. They said two possibilities are the Yanks and the Mariners...

Babe Ruth owns Barry Bonds.
Barry Bonds means nothing to me, I give him zero credit.

That's what most people don't realize about Barry Bonds right now. He is not that great of a hitter anymore. In addition, his fielding is terrible. He's not some franchise player who can carry a team on his back like that. Look at his stats this season:
Barry Bonds Batting Average: .254
MLB Rank: 147th.
Barry Bonds Home Runs: 7
MLB Rank: (Tie) 77th.
Barry Bonds RBI's: 20
MLB Rank: (Tie) 146th.

You all are so media-influenced.
Barry Bonds has never been caught using steroids. Every single steroid test he has taken has come up false. Give 'im a break. Just because 90% of the media believes he does steriods means that theres about a 25% chance of him actually doing it. Give him credit for hitting No. 715 and leave the steriods topic to die.
I believe that since all of last season he was out from surgery, it's taking him a bit to get back on the horse. I think he'll be back into it between late July and early next season (A long time. Surgery takes a while to heal). You just have to wait and not get impatient.
By the way, dan. It's veins.:p

Then explain how he was turned for a Jose Reyes type lead-off hitter to a friggin' monster in just the time of the off-season.

its called going to the gym and sticking to a good diet built around the muscle mass you would like to gain. yes you can build that much muscle in one offseason considering there is a lot of time in the off season.

Unless you have a ",P.H.D" or ",M.D" after your name, I don't think you're qualified to make that assessment.
