I swear, they did that once to me. Claimed to be the police sending from an anonymous account (due to mailbombs) and stated that they found illegally downloaded mp3s on my computer. Scared me, to tell the least, looked all authentic. Then I realized it's complete nonsense to email someone saying "hey, you did something bad, we'll call ya and arrest you in a few days" >_<
