Two points.

It's funnyjunk. Let's take a few moments and analyze the name.
Funny: Humorous
Junk: Useless
Hence the sight being filled with useless slightly humerous stuff.

It's a flash animation, and a mediocre one at that.
Does it really matter if it's satire or for "pride-creation"? No, not really. Just leave it be, man.

The onyl thing was like "You giot Rice" and "No fork, chopstick"... But that was about it.. The swears just make it funny, because you know that the animator is breaking certain laws of social ettiquete (sp?).
