in other words... WHAT IS SOLDAT? answer: soldat is a online 2d scroller game based on predator, rambo. and the vietnam war. you basically kill people. but there are 4 game types. CTF (capture the flag) Rambo match (a powerful bow is put into play, you must get this bow and eliminate as many players as possible. but be aware. you will be hunted down if you are not a good enough player. you can choose 2 diffrent types of arrows. 1. plain arrows: these are accurate but you must use 2 to kill a person. 2. flamed arrows: these are deadly and can be used as splash dammadge. they are useful for warding of large crowds of persueing players. desperate for the bow) *i do not recomend a rambo match. this reason is bow hoggers*

Deathmatch. you must kill everything and be the best. (you are with no teams)
Teammatch. (like deathmatch. except there are teams.)

You can customize your player controls, and appearance on the player tab.*in-game option*

Leo's Realistic Servers = Best realistic servers in all of Soldat. The IPs and Ports are in the Status page if you scroll down. (Include your regular Soldat nickname. mine is (+) Penguin, (+) is a clan, don't randomly put clan tags of clans that you don't belong in in your nickname.)

NOT SITE. THIS IS A SMALL DOWNLOADED GAME. ALL THESE GAMES ARE *INGAME* (SO ITAS NOT ALL KILLING PEOPLE.)

dessert eagles: perfect dammadge. reasonable fire rate. and good acuracy. but they dont kill some people fast enough.

*my guns* the AK-47. you have 3 kills in one clip. its good acuracy. (if you practise). and has a good reload rate. barret: perfect accuracy *almost even when moving. if you have a good shot* 1 shot kill. the only let down is the fire rate. & the steylr aug: this gun is perfect balance of firepower and accuracy. fast reload. and if your lucky. 2 kills per clip.

I actually have started using the Spas-12. It's mostly a 1 or 2 hit kill in realistic games. It is also more acurate than automatics and has a decent firing rate.

If you're a good player, you'll know to ignore the n00bs that call weapons noob. None of the good players or pros call any weapon "noob". Now FF is on or about to be on on all the servers so... I'm going to cut back on the spas, and get better with the ruger and deagles (I used to be awesome with them, traded up for the spas).

Ever try to use the Ruger in close quarters with Realistic on? One shot, your aim gets thrown off the screen.

I was using the barret for camping at our flag on one map.
On the main over road, at one point, there is a floating platform with a tunnel going through it.
I fired a bullet, it went in the tunnel, and it killed the guy in there.
This is from about half the map away.

ok. for one. the game Allows those particular downloads. they even had one of there mods put a link on the furum. which was their OWN furom. skin chager and bot creator. are ment to be put on and used. the same goes with there own type of modifacation system called MOD MIXER.

so i dont advertise them. i use them and give them to others for use.
and iam not a hacker although i wouldnt mind learning from them.

Tip#1.
Don't use the AK.
Use the AUG or the Ruger.

Both are very powerful and accurate.
AK is inaccurate and not too powerful.

Anyone got advice on how to use the sniper rifle ? I thought u have to click on them but it dosn't seem to shoot even when they standing still. Also the law (rocket launcher) well not work when im laying on the ground. Is there some sort of special key I need to push to fire it?

For the Barret Sniper:
You must hold the fire button down for about a second for it to shoot. They put that in so people can't abuse it's 1 hit kill.

For the M72 LAW:
You must crouch (default is hold S) and you must hold fire to shoot. Just so we don't have people running with a 1 hit secondary of doom.
