Good lord, this is the only question that people ask that isn't stickied somewhere, so someone needs to make a tutorial.

The picture's probably blurry because you saved it as a .jpeg (I assume). In Paint, save it as a .png and it should squeeze just under 50 kB, and won't have blurring.

It's the JPG format's fault. Try using GIF or BMP format next time.

press ctrl and printscrn (print screen is above insert,home,page up,delete,end and page down) then go to a picture thing ( I use paint) do the box thing and then right click and paste. Done!
p.s. how do you get 18+65 or that thing, and what does it mean (sorry for being a n00b)

Alphaniner's complete guide to screenshots:

1. Get whatever image you wish to take a screenshot of up on your screen.
2. Pless the Prt Scrn Button Located to the right of F12.

3. Open up a Picture Editing Program such as MS Paint or Photoshop. Go to Edit>Paste (or CTRL+V) and your image should appear in the window. Use a tool to crop it down, and then cut down on empty white space by clicking Image>Attributes>Then change the values to the appropriate size. It should looks something like this:
4. Hit "Save". Choose your file path. Choose a file type. The most optimal type is *PNG* or TIFF. JPG is a small file, but is blurry.
5. Go to Imageshack, (http://imageshack.us/)PhotoBucket, (http://www.photobucket.com/) or Putfile (http://putfile.com/). All 3 sites allow free image uploads.
6. Click the "Browse" Button on the page. Go to "My Pictures" and select the image you wish to use.
7. Click "Upload" Wait for it to load. After this has happened, you will be given various codes. Either copy the "Hotlink for forums" "Thumbnail for forums" or "Direct link". Then simply copy and paste this link wherever you want the image.
