Yep life in stickville is good, I enjoy this game very much skye, i wish i knew how to program in flash though, your game has inpsired me to make a kinda clone of Stick rpg.... Maybe i shouldn't have said that, Oh well

Go to your local HUGE bookstore chain, and look in the computers > Flash section. I found one book called 'Game programming for Flash' that started at a very basic level. It that's too much of a leap, there are Flash books for ABSOLUTE beginners. I spent an afternoon there, and the experience was invaluable (Published material has to go through some form of quality control, whereas anyody can post information on the net).

My personal favourite is the Flash 5 Actionscript for Fun and Games. It has a LOT of walkthough examples of building a complete action/arcade type game, and is very flash-specific. (beginner to intermediate)
