The only other thing he gives you is hints, but if you've played the game before you already know what he's talking about.

He mentions the shortcut to the house in the inventory.
He talks about buying a gun and robbing the bank or the store.
And he repeats himself over and over and over again.

There is no code that gives you money in the game but there is a loan cheat, although if you use the loan cheat you will get negatives on your NET worth. What you do is you get a loan and pay it off in negatives like -999999 and you get $999999!
