There's a drop down menu at the top of each page on the forums, or you can click this (http://forums.xgenstudios.com/ushop.php) to get to the store.
Each effect costs some xcahs, which you get from posting anywhere other than Spammer land or participating in contests, which you can find in the contest forum.

Well the cheapest item is 400 Xcash so I'm assuming you don't have enough anyway. If you did, then take out the necessary amount out of your bank, then select what you want to buy.
