Can you make contests where people have to look at all of your posts to find a specific post and tell you what your post was? Like: the first person to find (post) gets (a certain amount of xcash)?

As it is a sort of scavenger hunt, yes. Just make it a fragment of a larger one, rather than an entire contest unto itself.
