If you're talking about the forum, then no, you can't see it. As of now, Theif is the only thing that affects your karma.

There are obviously some things that do. I can see people's Karma from the ACP and it varies widly from person to person.

If you look at the RvB (Red Vs Blue) forums and such, you can see how a karma system goes into effect...
