Here in X Gen it is considered rude and impolite. Bringing back a topic from the dead is when you find an old topic and post in it when nobody has posted in it for a while now. It is only acceptable to do in Spammer Land, though it is still frowned upon.

Too all newbloods that read this, I hope you enjoy a spam-free* time at X Gen.

*DONT SPAM(unless in Spammer Land!(anything goes there except swearing))

Well sometimes it is sop old that the questoin asked was answered a long time ago. plus it takes up too much room to find new worth-while threads

not really, you can bet after three months the person has learned the answer or just given up

I also ENOCURAGE bumping topics in the Video Games Club forum. It helps to have as very few topics per game as I can, and since I'm teh leader of that club, well, I can do that. :P

True. most people will not object to the bumping of a forum game, but other things like vag's newb post are strictly forbidden

You have to love the irony, and sparky is back just under a different name. or was that crusty that's under a different name? I don't know, but respect the Sparkeh!

It isn't against the rules to bump a thread as long as your post has meaning. It is encouraged you bump good threads which still can be used for discussion.
