StarCraft is the best. I have only tried WarCraft 2 but they only have two races and when i go online, mostly all are chatting, i go on Star Craft or Brood War and i actually have a choice of games. Anyone know when the next Star Craft is comming out, if so, please message me.

Warcraft is by far the harder one to beet, but i like starcraft the best because you can convert people with the Protoss

Depends what warcraft. Warcraft 2 is more fun that Starcraft. Warcraft 3 is by far the worst of Starcraft, Warcraft 2 and Warcraft 3. And Starcraft is in the middle. When WoW(World of Warcraft) comes out battle.net will be gone no chance. But when Starcraft 2 comes out everyone who ever played WoW will come fleeing back to play the game.

I played online starcraft for over 2 years,and enjoyed every bit of it,making maps easy...I could draw ANY custom map someone wanted.
Now I play warcraft3 online,very fun,but the custom map making is too hard for me -_-'

Omg dude it's obvious that WC owns SC.Footman Wars,Paintball,Hero Wars all own any SC game.I played SC for a while,B A D move.All the SC's are like WC2 battle net edition!Oh and if D2 was an option I whould surely vote it because I am the top on the barb ladder for classic and xp.But since it's not(which I am highly mad at)my vote goes to WC!!

Warcraft rules. and if u warcraft players think so, or not, I KNOW u dont know this one: instead of ur boring "base building unit training blah blah blah blah blah" just go to battle.net and then click alt+g or go to custom games. CUSTOM GAMEZ 0WN. there are some base building games there, which suck, but if u go to there- go to maul, td's, or... PIGFARM YEAH. and THEN tell me what u realy think about warcraft eh ;-)

starcraft rules all, the online games are way funner, like NORMANDY se2, zombie hotel and sunken d 6 way
and the only reason why some of u ppl are warcraft fans is bcuz warcraft has 3 versions, 3!!! and it still cannot beat starcraft when sc2 comes out it will absolutley PWN warcraft

i find it slightly odd that though there have been 3 warcraft games and many expansions, more people like starcraft, what does that tell you about which one is better?
also for every warcraft custom game, there are ten starcraft custom games that are better

Okay, for one, the storyline in Starcraft was too easy to follow... I mean, before Kerrigan came out of the cocoon I knew it was her! And as for multiplayer... HA! You can't even play 'Cat n Mouse' with real looking mice or cats! Ultras and Probes? Come on guys!

Currently I shift between playing World of Warcraft and Warcraft 3, both of which are great games.

World of Warcraft Okay, sure, there are complaints about being ganked at a low level on PvP but that's very rare if you know how to act... lol! In this game... you don't have to worry about an army of units (though the money is harder to get now). And you only have your one guy/girl to concentrate all your power into (unless you are like me and have 12 different chars lol!) one single char. Gameplay is smoother than starcraft and the storyline is better, much better.

Warcraft 3 Yay! One of my favorite games... Warcraft 3 blows away SC hands down! Better gameplay, graphics, everything. Multiplayer!!! - Now, you can actually play games and have good representation of the games you play.. 'Cat & Mouse' , 'Kodo Tag' and everything else fits right in with it all!

So hands down, warcraft beats the hell out of SC for fun....!

even after blizzard is out of bussiness this question will still asked, I am STILL not sure, i like them both equally, I can't wait to see SC 2 though, not sure what to expect from the creative gods at blizzard but i am sure it will be good... STILL waiting on Starcraft: Ghost :( blizzard fired the game company that was working on it, and hired a new one, damn this stuff, jus like when Resident Evil 2 got rebuilt

You starcraft people must be joking... WARCRAFT OWNZ! I'm a map maker who owns a map making clan (CUTS) i've made several classic maps. Ive played sc and wc an equally long time, and for every good starcraft custom map, there is an entire list of better ones for warcraft 3.

But I am getting starcraft ghost when it comes out. They said this summer but they have been saying that for three years....

I personally like Starcraft better, but it isn's really about that... If we're talking about Warcraft 3, Warcraft is much mor hero-based... almost RPG like... while Starcraft focuses more on big battles and strategy...
